OUR SUCCESS STORY CONTINUES UNABATED…
The 2025 Authorized Dealers Meeting, organized annually by Turkish Prysmian Cable, the world’s leading cable supplier, took place in Ankara, the capital of our republic, on May 23-25. The A-Team authorized dealers participated alongside domestic sales and marketing, logistics, and finance teams. As part of the meeting, participants walked from Aslanlı Yol to Anıtkabir, laid wreaths at the tomb of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and observed a moment of silence. After taking a commemorative photo with the delegation, Daniele Lorenzo Mazzarella, CEO of Türk Prysmian Kablo in Turkey, proceeded to the Misak-ı Milli Tower, where he signed the Anıtkabir Special Guestbook. Following the Anıtkabir visit and tour, the delegation visited the 2nd Grand National Assembly of Turkey, where our republic was founded.
Following the tours, the group proceeded to a presentation and evaluation meeting. At the meeting, which evaluated the first three months of 2025 and shared economic data compared to 2023-2024, Daniele Lorenzo Mazzarella, CEO of Prysmian Cable Turkey, first gave a presentation titled Macroeconomic Assessment. He explained the current state of the cable industry in light of global and local economic data and the challenges faced.
With his presentation titled A-Team Performance Evaluation, Etem Bakaç, Domestic Sales Director, made an evaluation speech including the performances of dealers and regions.
Following the presentations and evaluations at the end of the meeting, Etem Bakaç, Domestic Sales Director, announced the awards of the A-Team authorized dealers who completed the previous year with successful results, as they do every year.
DES Elektrik has once again won the 2024 Highest Turnover Award in Turkey. The first-place award was presented to Deniz Tarkan Karslı, General Manager of DES Elektrik, by Daniele Lorenzo Mazzarella, CEO of Prysmian Cable Turkey.
Following the Turkey Turnover Championship award, DES Elektrik once again won the 2024 Prysmian Highest Usage Rate Dealer award. The award was presented by Sevdiye Şenocak, Production and Planning Director at Türk Prysmian Kablo, to Okay Gümüş, Business Development Manager at DES Elektrik.
The 2024 Istanbul Regional Sales Turnover Award went to DES Elektrik once again. The first-place award was presented by Özge Dişlon from Türk Prysmian Kablo Istanbul Regional to Kemal Ayran, Sales Manager at DES Elektrik.
As DES Elektrik, we have taken a historic step by winning the Turkey and Istanbul Regional Championship and the Prysmian Highest Usage Rate Dealer awards for the 8th consecutive time.
